Magnetix adhesive is designed for smooth and flat wall surfaces only. Surfaces with bumps, rough finishes, or uneven coatings (commonly referred to as “textured walls") are not suitable for our adhesive system. Magnetix is not responsible for adhesion issues on such surfaces. Any fixes, replacements, or refunds related to installation on textured walls remain solely at the discretion of Magnetix.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. All orders placed with Magnetix AI - AI Metal Posters and shipped internationally may be subject to applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, and/or governmental charges as determined and enforced by the customs authorities in the destination country. These charges are not collected by Magnetix AI - AI Metal Posters and are not included in the purchase price displayed at checkout.
Customs Clearance
You acknowledge and agree that:

All international shipments must pass through customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Magnetix AI - AI Metal Posters will facilitate the customs clearance process on your behalf but has no control over, nor responsibility for, any delays, fees, or decisions made by customs authorities.
Obligation to Pay

All import duties, tariffs, taxes, and any other applicable governmental charges are solely the responsibility of the recipient (the customer) and must be paid directly to the respective governmental agencies in accordance with their regulations and timelines.

These charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or refused upon delivery.
U.S. CUSTOMERS – SPECIAL NOTICE

Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption (previously allowing duty-free imports under USD $800) has been eliminated for products originating from Israel.

As a result, all shipments from Israel to the United States are currently subject to a 15% import tariff, in addition to any other applicable customs duties or governmental fees.

This tariff rate is subject to change at any time under U.S. trade regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and comply with the most current U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements and tariff schedules at the time of import.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

All orders placed with Magnetix Tiles and shipped internationally may be subject to applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, and/or governmental charges
as determined and enforced by the customs authorities in the destination country. These charges are not collected by Magnetix Tiles and are not included
in the purchase price displayed at checkout.
Customs Clearance
You acknowledge and agree that:
All international shipments must pass through customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which may cause delays beyond our original delivery
estimates.
Magnetix Tiles will facilitate the customs clearance process on your behalf but has no control over, nor responsibility for, any delays, fees, or
decisions made by customs authorities.
Obligation to Pay
All import duties, tariffs, taxes, and any other applicable governmental charges are solely the responsibility of the recipient (the customer) and must be
paid directly to the respective governmental agencies in accordance with their regulations and timelines.
These charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or refused upon delivery.
U.S. CUSTOMERS – SPECIAL NOTICE
Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption (previously allowing duty-free imports under USD $800) has been eliminated for products
originating from Israel. As a result, all shipments from Israel to the United States are currently subject to a 15% import tariff, in addition to any
other applicable customs duties or governmental fees. This tariff rate is subject to change at any time under U.S. trade regulations. It is the customer's
responsibility to review and comply with the most current U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements and tariff schedules at the time of
import.
